Welcome to Gyuro, the newly established ramen shop in the heart of West Loop, which pulls authentic Japanese Ramen to Chicago! In Gyuro Ramen, we are dedicated in bringing you the best Japanese beef cuisine and extraordinary dining experience. Our signature Gyukotsu Ramen is a must-try, we use unique technique to squeeze out every drop of essence from the beef bone, pairing with our slowly stewed and roasted wagyu beef, to let you finish even the last drop! Our Beef Cha Shu is our other most passionate discovery, which is carefully crafted with secret seasonings to deliver a flavorous taste to you. Our ramen noodles are made fresh daily with imported Japanese flour and our food is made with the freshest ingredients. Ramen is our religion, every bowl we make shows our dedication and promise of our best to offer. Gyuro is a first-come, first-serve ramen joint. We try to turn our tables over quickly so that we are able to serve the busy stream of hungry customers with good-quality customer service, therefore we are unfortunately not able to accept reservations.
